In his practice, he steers and coordinates all official land-use planning procedures and approval procedures for commercial properties, retail projects and residential properties.
Christoph is also an experienced adviser and expert litigator when it comes to necessary judicial enforcement of claims for damages and claims to official approvals, as well as with respect to verifying bidding processes of municipal property sales. His practice focuses on retail trading, residential construction, and office building construction.
