Damien is an associate in the Public Law – Projects Department of Taylor Wessing France.
Damien specializes in public business law, particularly procurement procedures and public contracts (public procurement contracts, concessions, occupation of the public domain), during the procurement procedure as well as during the performance of such contracts. He advises companies and public authorities.
Damien has acquired a specific expertise in several regulated sectors (electronic communications, energy, transports). Damien joined Taylor Wessing France in 2021, after working in the Public Law Department of an international law firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Damien is a member of the Paris Bar since 2019.
