Julian is an attorney at law and a qualified tax advisor. He is member of the Tax Practice Group with an advisory focus on real estate and alternative investment funds (real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure).
In the area of alternative investment funds, he advises during the whole life circle of a fund on all levels, from the investor to the fund into the asset, in all areas of tax law in particular, considering international tax requirements. He mainly advises international companies, in particular UK investors, real estate funds and project developers.
Julian has a strong real estate transaction and real estate structuring background and is continuously involved in acquisitions, restructurings and disposals of properties, portfolios and loans. He also provides tax assistance in commercial tenancy law and general real estate law.
