Roland is a specialist lawyer in the field of administrative law. He acts for and advises clients on real estate projects in terms of their relevance under public law, from the building land improvement of a property to the implementation and defence against attacks by third parties.
Roland also advises clients on the preparation of urban land-use plans, approval procedures and provides legal support for real estate transactions under public law. In project development, his focus has been on the construction of residential and office buildings and above all - for more than ten years - on retail trading: He heads up a team of lawyers which handles several hundred projects nationwide, constantly developing new approaches and strategies to promote his client’s interests. Roland is a member of the Partners’ Council at Taylor Wessing.
