Klara is a specialist in employment law and a member of the Employment, Pensions & Mobility Practice Area. She advises nationally and internationally active companies as well as executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law.
Her practice includes employment law advice on complex and cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings and carve-outs. Klara Pototzky also has particular experience in restructurings and reorganizations involving the necessary works council negotiations. Klara Pototzky also excels as a specialist in short-time work. As a further focus, Klara Pototzky deals with the protection of secrets and competition law vis-à-vis employees and managing directors.
In the course of her work, Klara Pototzky regularly represents clients in labor court proceedings before the labor and civil courts, for example in dismissal protection or compensation proceedings. Similarly, she assists clients in labor court resolution proceedings such as the contestation of works council and supervisory board elections. On the basis of her practical experience, she was appointed as a specialist attorney for labor law.
