Rembert advises companies on issues arising in crises, restructurings and insolvencies. In addition, his clients include insolvency administrators, trustees, managing directors and creditors of companies in crisis.
His consulting focus is on assisting clients in creditor committees, evaluating restructuring concepts (IDW S6 expert opinion) and advising on issues related to digital assets (crypto-assets). Another focus is advising on cross-border insolvencies, in particular with Chinese investments (distressed M&A).
