Marie is a member of the employment law team. She advises German and international companies and executives on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, including litigation before labor courts and representation in works council conciliation proceedings. One focus of her work is conducting internal investigations to clarify suspicions of possible violations of labor law obligations by employees or executives, as well as advising on the resulting labor law sanctions.
