Anne is a specialist lawyer for employment law and advises national and international companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law.
She focuses on the provision of temporary staff and the legally compliant deployment of external personnel. She has many years of industry expertise in the IT sector and is very experienced in the structuring of flexible projects under employment law. A further strength is on questions of co-determination rights (including negotiations with works councils) as well as on advising companies in the context of restructuring processes, in particular in connection with transfers of businesses.
