Guang is a genuine cross-border lawyer: With qualifications and admissions in China, Germany, UK and USA, he efficiently advises companies on contract, labour and corporate law as well as in dispute resolution - primarily in business activities in connection with China.

Representing the German HST Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG in two CIETAC arbitration proceedings against one of its licensees and one of its customers in China respectively for alleged late deliveries. Both proceedings were respectively subject to German law and Chinese law (including the UN Sales Convention) and were conducted in Chinese language in Beijing and Shanghai, China, respectively. Both proceedings were concluded in favor of the German party (including the successful enforcement of an arbitral award in China).
Representation of the KARL MAYER Group in a CIETAC arbitration due to a sales issue with Chinese customers. The arbitration proceedings were conducted in Shanghai, China in Chinese under Chinese law (including the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
