Anna Rataj specialises in all aspects of individual and collective employment and immigration law. Clients trust in her experience in drafting employment contracts, preparing policies and adjusting foreign law governed documents into documents that are compliant with Polish labour law. She also supports companies in establishing and terminating employment relationships, assessing risks of hiring independent contractors vs. employees and obtaining residence and work permits in Poland for non-EEA citizens.
Anna has an additional focus on advising national and international clients on day-to-day corporate law matters and M&A transactions (both share deals and asset deals). She has conducted and coordinated numerous due diligence analysis for M&A transactions of companies operating in different sectors. Her substantial know-how in corporate and project financing (e.g., establishing pledges, drafting loan agreements) as well as in the sale of financial assets is appreciated by clients. Moreover, she provides services to Israeli clients, using her knowledge of Hebrew.
