Rebekka advises national and international companies, drawing from her extensive expertise in the field of corporate law. She focuses her practice on advising clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and restructurings under corporate law. In addition, she advises her clients on all ongoing matters relating to corporate law.

She is also a specialist in the field of corporate compliance and ESG: she supports her clients in the successful implementation, analysis and review of compliance systems and sustainability structures in order to ensure future viability in the markets. Her focus is on implementing the legal requirements of the CSRD.
It is important for her to understand the projects as a whole and to offer tailor-made solutions that do not only consider the legal aspects.
