She focuses her practice on advising clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and restructurings under corporate law. In addition, she advises her clients on all ongoing matters relating to corporate law.
She is also a specialist in the field of corporate compliance and ESG: she supports her clients in the successful implementation, analysis and review of compliance systems and sustainability structures in order to ensure future viability in the markets.
