Rebekka advises national and international companies, drawing from her extensive expertise in the field of corporate law. She focuses her practice on advising clients on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and restructurings under corporate law. In addition, she advises her clients on all ongoing matters relating to corporate law.
Rebekka is also an expert in the area of corporate compliance: She develops and verifies compliance-management systems, draws up compliance-risk analyses, and executes due-diligence checks in the context of M&A transactions. From numerous cases for national and international clients, she cultivates trusting and valued relationships as a result of providing legal advice in a professional and client-oriented manner. Rebekka has demonstrated her ability as a reliable team player in the successful coordination of teams from different legal areas in complex processes.
