Phillip is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice area. He advises international and national clients on M&A transactions with respect to copyright and other intellectual property (IP) matters, including the identification and assessment of IP-related risks and the drafting of corresponding provisions in transactional documentation.
Separately, Phillip specializes in data law, covering data protection, data usage, and regulatory requirements under frameworks such as the EU Data Act. He advises clients on the lawful and strategic use of data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and optimizing data-driven business models.
In addition, he has significant experience in drafting and negotiating license agreements, particularly in relation to software (both cloud-based and on-premise solutions) as well as other copyright-protected works.
