Christian is a member of the Corporate Law/M&A & Capital Markets practice area and has his office in Munich. He advises national and international companies on all aspects of corporate law.
In addition to core corporate law advice, his legal practice focuses on M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate (re)structuring.
He also advises on the legal implications of the use of artificial intelligence at the target company in the context of M&A transactions and on all corporate law issues relating to the use of artificial intelligence.
