As an employment lawyer, Oliver advises national and international companies and employers' associations on all matters of employment and social security law, in particular in the negotiation and drafting of collective agreements and concepts for the flexibilisation of personnel, remuneration and working hours.

 

He specialises in the contractual and actual structuring of the use of flexible personnel (temporary employment, interim management, freelancers, outsourcing through work/service contracts) and complex projects to ensure HR compliance. Oliver’s main focus is on advising personnel service companies, IT/engineering and logistics companies as well as hospitals. In addition, he provides strategic advice to large companies on collective employment law and employment law and social insurance law issues. As HR-Partner at Taylor Wessing Germany, Oliver is familiar with his clients' employment law issues from the perspective of a corporate lawyer.
