Advising our European clients on how to expand into China from our base in Europe since the early 80s, we were one of the first European firms open an office in mainland China, which we did in Shanghai in 1996. This early move has yielded dividends in terms of our credibility and contacts on the ground, and our China practice has grown significantly over the last 20 years.
