Ludivine practices general criminal law, white-collar crime and compliance. She provides both advisory and litigation services at all stages of criminal proceedings (investigation, preliminary investigation and trial).
She also assists companies and their executives in anticipating and managing criminal risk, particularly in the context of implementing compliance programs or internal investigations.
Before joining Taylor Wessing in 2025, Ludivine consolidated her expertise in France at renowned law firms and companies, as well as in Canada, where she worked as a pro bono lawyer for a rights advocacy association.
