Evelyne heads the commercial and competition law department in France, which supports clients with their commercial and distribution issues, as well as competition, EU and trade matters. She also heads our Life Sciences sector group in France. Evelyne’s expertise is on contract law, competition law, product liability issues, and regulatory and compliance matters. Evelyne drafts and analyses all types of commercial agreements (R&D, license, distribution, agency, service agreements etc.). As a specialist in European and competition law, she will ensure you comply with competition rules. In the Life Sciences sector, Evelyne has developed an expertise on regulatory and compliance issues for the medical industry (clinical trials, market access, relationships between the industry and medical practitioners). Evelyne handles settlements and litigation relating to unfair competition, anti-competitive practices, contract termination and product liability. She will represent you before civil and commercial courts, as well as before competition authorities at the national and European levels. Evelyne has lectured at the University Paris (Panthéon Assas) and at the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (Sciences Po) for several years.
