Carolin Monsees is a specialist lawyer for information technology law in the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice group. She advises clients on national and international digitization projects, in particular on data protection law, IT contract and regulatory law (e.g. GDPR, AI Act, NIS-2, Data Act). As an expert in the field of litigation, she also represents clients in court and conducts negotiations with the relevant supervisory authorities.
Carolin advises clients calmly and routinely on the implementation of complex digitization projects as well as European and international data protection requirements. Due to her many years of experience in managing large-scale projects, she advises her clients “at the right altitude”, from the management/board of directors to the legal department to the specialist departments and IT departments. Carolin Monsees focuses on digitalization projects in the healthcare sector.
