Dr. Marcel Leines

Marcel is member of the Practice Area Corporate and specialises in private equity and venture capital. He advises German and international shareholders, investors, as well as companies on all matters relating to corporate law – from a company’s formation to its exit.

He focuses his practice on advising clients at all phases of company acquisitions and disposals, in particular, on matters relating to buy-outs and exits. In addition, he has focused on consulting and coordination in connection with the conclusion of S&I insurance policies. He leads the Germany-wide W&I team of the Corporate Practice Area, which bundles the competencies in the area of W&I across all locations.
