Ernst-Albrecht von Beauvais advises clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He specialises in national and international M&A and private equity transactions. He advises both strategic investors and financial investors and has successfully advised on and completed a large number of transactions in the technology, software, energy and retail sectors. He has extensive experience with joint ventures and corporate spin-offs.
Due to his many years of experience in the operational media and private equity business, he has a strong commercial expertise, in-depth industry knowledge and extensive experience in transaction management. He also specialises in advising Japanese clients.
