Marketa leads the teams advising on commercial, competition, EU & trade and compliance issues in the Czech Republic. She has extensive experience of merger notifications, antitrust investigations, abuse of dominance and contractual competition restraints, penalty proceedings, settlements, the implementation of compliance programs and regulatory law.
Markéta is a registered European Lawyer based in Vienna and an attorney-at-law registered in the Czech Republic. She advises on all aspects of corporate, M&A and capital markets law and has extensive knowledge of public procurement law, with a focus on the pharma and healthcare sectors, in which she has many years of experience. She also specialises in product liability, corporate crime, anti-bribery & corruption and arbitration. Markéta is a registered arbitrator at the Arbitration Court within the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
