Jan is a chamber qualified expert lawyer for commercial and corporate law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) and a specialist in the areas of M&A and private equity.
He advises strategic and financial investors as well as family-managed companies from Germany and abroad on corporate transactions, reorganisation measures and corporate structuring. Jan regularly represents real estate companies in their corporate real estate matters, including advising on share deals, international joint ventures and holding structures. He further has industry expertise in life sciences transactions.
