Martin specializes on complex corporate transactions for companies and investors. He focuses on international and national corporate acquisitions and divestments on the one hand, and the financing and holding structures including succession planning on the other. His clients include selected private and family equity firms, listed companies, family controlled companies, family offices and start-ups.
He complemented his law studies with professional experience both in Germany and abroad, including internships with law firms and companies in Vienna, London and New York. Martin passed the two legal state exams in Munich in 1999 and 2001, respectively.
Martin has co-authored, among others, the publications "Formularbuch Umwandlungen", “Mezzanine Finanzierungen”, "Handbuch Venture Capital" and “Münchener Handbuch des Gesellschaftsrechts“, all published by C. H. Beck.
Martin is non-executive member of supervisory boards and board member of two charitable organisations.
