Maria specialises in private equity and venture capital and advises shareholders, investors, as well as companies on all matters relating to corporate law - from a company’s formation to its exit. She focuses her practice on advising clients at all phases of company acquisitions and disposals, in particular, on matters relating to buy-outs and exits, as well as the different types of equity financing.
Maria has extensive expertise in designing profit-sharing schemes for managers and employees. In addition to advising clients in a multifaceted manner, she also devotes a great deal of her time to the continuous improvement of the firm, including the training of junior lawyers and implementing legal tech solutions.
