Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to Regent on the acquisition of ContiTech's Original Equipment Solutions (“OESL Business Unit”) division. The transaction is still subject to antitrust and foreign trade approvals. The sale is part of the ContiTech Group's strategy to focus on industrial customers.
