Johannes advises national and international companies on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law with a focus on compliance with respect to external personnel, the transition to flexible personnel, internal outsourcing, restructurings, and the right to corporate co-determination. His clients primarily include companies from the energy sector, the chemicals, metal, and electronic industry, the logistics sector, technical services, HR service companies, and financial investors.

His expertise in the field of compliance-related topics helps him to coordinate employment-law teams in the framework of projects relating to compliance with respect to external personnel, both on the customer's side and on the service provider's side. Steadfast Capital Fund IV on the acquisition of a majority stake in Söhngen Group

Steadfast Capital Fund IV on the acquisition of a majority stake in Söhngen Group. The transaction included both W. Söhngen GmbH based in Taunusstein (Hesse) and Silva GmbH based in Mainhausen (Hesse). The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The majority acquisition aims to support further growth of the Söhngen Group with its internationally recognised brands and premium products in the market for first aid and emergency medical products both organically and through acquisitions. We also advised on the financing of the acquisition.
