On the acquisition of a (3,500 m²) multitenant office located at Levallois-Perret (92300), 50 Quai Michelet/Rue Rivay from SCPI Rivoli Avenir Patrimoine managed by AMUNDI and on the (partial) financing of the purchase price granted by DZ Hyp AG (Hamburg/Germany).

Mercers Company on a tenancy agreement

On a tenancy agreement of its Covent Garden's buildings, to Peloton Interactive. The letting is a 16,975 square foot property, situated on the second and third floors of 110 Long Acre Covent Garden. The property will be the new UK head office of Peloton Interactive UK Limited.
