Tobias is a lawyer in the practice area corporate and restructuring. He advises companies, managing directors, shareholders and creditors on restructuring as well as general insolvency law issues and on corporate transactions.

Furthermore, Tobias assists insolvency administrators and creditors in asserting or defending insolvency-specific claims. A special focus of his consulting activities is the corporate law support of companies or shareholders in protective shield, self-administration and insolvency plan proceedings as well as the support of investors and insolvency administrators in company acquisitions from insolvency or crisis. Tobias is a certified restructuring manager (DGfKM).
