Elodie is an associate in Corporate – M&A department in Paris.
Elodie assists French and international clients on venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Taylor Wessing in September 2025, Elodie worked for several years in the Corporate department of law firms renowned for their expertise in venture capital, notably in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
Elodie has been involved since 2019 as a mentor at the Skema Business School incubator. She is also an active member of SheEOs, a French association which promotes the role of women in entrepreneurship and venture capital.
