Armin has a particular focus on financing rounds, exits/buy-outs as well as the establishment and expansion of digital business models through company builders and consulting firms, especially in the areas of digitalization of services, DeepTech, AI, FinTech, Banking, Prop-Tech and e-commerce. In addition, he has proven expertise in complex M&A transactions and Joint Ventures.

Armin is also particularly familiar with the establishment and expansion of consulting firms and their business activities (incl. complex shareholders’ agreements, international roll-out, etc.). He also frequently advises on the interface between Start-Ups and Corporates.
