Nico is a specialist lawyer for employment law. Nico advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. As an experienced expert in the field of managing litigation, he advises his clients on all disputes in court relating to individual and collective law.
A further focus of his expertise is on restructurings and international transactions. Nico has special experience in the area of planning virtual employee profit-sharing schemes and in the creation and enforcement of non-compete covenants. He also increasingly advises employment agencies in the area of compliance. In addition, Nico is a regular speaker at APSCo Deutschland GmbH.
