Dave is a partner in our Employment, Pensions & Mobility team with over 20 years' experience as an employment lawyer. He advises both companies and private individuals on employment law issues and disputes, with a particular focus on advising German companies who operate or have a branch in the Netherlands.
Dave also specialises in sports law. He advises professional athletes, management agencies and sports organisations on commercial contracts and employment agreements, disciplinary proceedings, and arbitration.
