Taylor Wessing, led by Munich-based partner Dr. Philip Cavaillès, has comprehensively advised TPG Management GmbH (“TPG”), a leading provider of software and consulting services in project, portfolio and resource management (“PPRM”) and a portfolio company of Alpina Partners, on the acquisition of parameta GmbH (“parameta”). The transaction strengthens TPG’s market position as a leading provider of software and consulting services in PPRM and strategically expands its service portfolio.
Through the acquisition, TPG is strategically expanding its capabilities in organisational and project management consulting and combining these with its existing software expertise. parameta contributes many years of experience in aligning project organisations, establishing governance structures and implementing modern PPRM solutions.
Taylor Wessing advised TPG on all legal aspects of the transaction. The scope of advice included in particular the structuring and negotiation of the transaction documentation as well as legal support throughout the entire acquisition process.
