Bart is Co-Head of our Employment, Pensions and Mobility team in the Netherlands. He has over a decade of experience supporting Dutch and overseas companies with employment issues including litigation. Clients appreciate his energetic attitude and commitment. Bart regularly works with North American and European businesses and entrepreneurs as they set up in the Netherlands. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
Bart's clients go to him for advice on contentious and non-contentious employment issues relating to restructurings and redundancies, insourcing and outsourcing, transfer of undertakings, and employee benefit issues arising out of transactions. He regularly supports overseas companies as they enter the Dutch market, including on immigration work.
