Marc van Gelder

Marc van Gelder is a member of the Global Board, Managing Partner for the Netherlands and Belgium, and head of our Employment, Pensions & Mobility team in the Netherlands.

He advises national and internal companies in aspects of employment law with an emphasis on reorganisations and employee benefits. He is highly specialised in union negotiation, salary arbitration, employee benefits, dismissal and restructuring.
