Lilian Peels is a counsel in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group. She advises Dutch and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
Lilian has extensive experience in several areas of employment law, including in reorganisations, individual disputes and the HR elements of mergers and acquisitions. She supports both domestic and international clients from a variety of sectors.
Recognised for her pragmatic advice and calm demeanour, Lilian is particularly valued by clients for her ability to provide clear, actionable solutions, even in complex or high-pressure situations. She enjoys working closely with clients as a business partner, taking time to understand their commercial objectives while helping them navigate legal challenges effectively.
