David is a specialist lawyer for the right to obtain information. He advises national and international companies on all matters relating to IT projects and regulated technologies.
David focuses his practice on the digital transformation of the banking and financial industry, the energy industry, as well as of the trade sector and, in this respect, provides his clients with legal advice on the planning and implementation of digitisation strategies. He is an expert adviser on all matters relating to data protection, IT, and IT security law. David’s expertise extends to advising clients on the implementation of their platform strategies.
