Nathalie, based in Berlin and San Francisco, is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecoms practice area. She primarily advises international and US companies in the e-commerce, IT and media sectors and has completed several secondments.
Through these numerous secondments, she has gained extensive in-house experience, giving her a strong understanding of the practical and operational challenges her clients face. Her practice focuses on e-commerce, consumer protection, unfair competition, and data protection.
She currently provides comprehensive support to leading online service providers on matters relating to EU consumer protection law (e.g. CRD, UCPD, DCDS, CPC Network), the GDPR, the European Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz) as well as intermediary liability and platform compliance issues, particularly with regard to the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
In addition, Nathalie assisted a global online platform during a secondment with the implementation of the DSA. Additionally, during a secondment, Nathalie assisted a global online platform with the implementation of the Digital Services Act.
