János is a senior member in the IP/IT, Compliance and Commercial teams in Hungary. He advises both start-ups and multinational enterprises on complex digital compliance matters across the entire business lifecycle, including the development, distribution and marketing of new technologies and services. His expertise covers data protection, intellectual property, cybersecurity and digital regulations, with a particular focus on the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 Directive and the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Holding the AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification, alongside CIPP/E and CIPM, János combines recognised international credentials with practical experience and provides clients with forward-looking advice that turns compliance into a business advantage. He is a member of the International Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the Hungarian Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and a visiting lecturer at the Department of Digital and Technology Law at Károli Gáspár University.

János regularly publishes and speaks on AI regulation, privacy and digital compliance, and is committed to raising awareness of the legal implications of emerging technologies.
