Ján is a partner and heads the team dealing with intellectual property and IT issues in Bratislava.

He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Centre for Alternative Domain Dispute Resolution in Košice, Slovakia. Ján is one of the few legal experts authorised to resolve Slovak top-level domain disputes under the mandatory ADR system.

Ján's clients also value his strength in both contentious and non-contentious matters across commercial and compliance work. He works with national and international clients from the energy, life sciences, technology and media industries, amongst others.
