Jan advises on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, in particular works constitution and collective agreement law.
He supervises companies during restructurings (transfer of operations, personnel adjustments, plant closures, relocations, establishment of transfer companies), and also during reorganisations and in the event of insolvency. Jan regularly represents employers in legal disputes with employees, works and staff councils and trade unions. A particular focus of his practice is employment law advice in the context of company pension schemes and transactions.
