Hannes Tutt is a member of the Real Estate Practice Area. He advises German and international clients on real estate law, particularly on real estate transactions regarding the asset classes of logistics and corporate real estate as well as the management of complex multi-tenant real estate and portfolios. In this context, Hannes Tutt provides a holistic advisory approach over the entire real estate life cycle.

Another focus of his practice is advising clients on real estate issues related to renewable energy plants, both on buildings (e.g. rooftop photovoltaic plants) and large industrial plants (e.g. wind turbines and ground-mounted photovoltaic plants). In this area, Hannes Tutt has many years of expertise both in the drafting of individual contractual agreements and standard contracts as well as in project development and the structuring of corresponding business models.

Acquisition of the first German “onshore wind+storage”-project and respective PPA

Taylor Wessing advised CEE Group on a special renewable energy transaction. CEE Group acquired the only "onshore wind+storage" project in Germany to date from juwi including a PPA contract with MVV Trading GmbH. juwi was awarded the contract for this innovative project in the first nationwide innovation tender by the German Federal Network Agency in September 2020. The electricity is reimbursed with a fixed market bonus as well as with a so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) that juwi developed jointly with MVV Trading GmbH. Hamburg-based CEE Group has acquired project and PPA.
