Krystian is a partner and heads our employment, pensions & mobility team in Warsaw. His expertise includes all aspects of individual and collective labour law, immigration law and the crossborder recruitment of management personnel and highly qualified specialists for construction projects.

Krystian advises on creation and negotiation of employment documents and redundancies, as well as representing clients in employment disputes. National and international clients also seek his advice in M&A deals which involve due diligence surveys or the transfer of employees from one company to another. He also helps employers in Poland on hiring and terminating local employees.
