In addition, she advises her clients on all ongoing matters relating to corporate law.
Rebekka is also an expert in the area of corporate compliance: She develops and verifies compliance-management systems, draws up compliance-risk analyses, and executes due-diligence checks in the context of M&A transactions. From numerous cases for national and international clients, she cultivates trusting and valued relationships as a result of providing legal advice in a professional and client-oriented manner.
