In addition to German and internationally active banks and financial services companies, she also advises payment and e-money institutions as well as companies and IT service providers seeking to enter the regulated financial market. She also has experience in advising capital management companies and foreign fund managers.
She specializes in licensing requirements, organizational requirements and compliance, the distribution of financial products and funds, dealing with BaFin, and structuring business models for FinTechs.
