Kathrin is a specialist lawyer for commercial law and corporate law. She specialises in advising clients on national and international company acquisitions and disposals of smaller and larger volumes.
Kathrin coordinates transactions, conducts negotiations, and heads up large advisory teams. Her extensive and long-standing experience in providing advice to companies limited by shares and partnerships define her expertise. Her portfolio also includes the drafting of individual contract documentation under corporate law as well as advising Spanish companies prior to their market launch or their expansion of existing businesses in Germany.
