Lena is a litigation lawyer specialising in the life sciences sector. She advises companies on out-of-court dispute resolution and represents them before state courts or arbitration tribunals. She has particular experience in advising and representing pharmaceutical and medtech companies.
Lena specialises in disputes between companies in connection with purchasing, development, production and distribution. She is also an expert in product liability and product safety issues and has many years of experience in representing companies in product liability proceedings, including the defence of class actions.
