Lisa is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Area. She advises creditors on the enforcement and realization of claims, as well as on the handling of movable and immovable collateral in crisis situations or debtor insolvency proceedings. She also advises companies on intra-group liquidity management at both national and international levels, particularly in the context of cash pooling. In distressed M&A transactions, she advises both buyers and sellers.
