Lisa is a member of the restructuring and corporate recovery practice area in our Munich office. Her consultancy includes advice on the restructuring of financial engagements of domestic and international lenders and investors. She further advises companies and creditors in distressed M&A-processes and in major national and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
