Being the head of the Restructuring & insolvency practice in Vienna, he advises national and international clients on all aspects of insolvency law. He is regularly appointed as insolvency and enforcement administrator and advises creditors and debtors on out-of-court restructuring and reorganisation measures as well as on the enforcement of their rights during insolvency proceedings.
