Jonas is part of the Restructuring & Insolvency Law practice area at the Düsseldorf office. He advises and represents clients in and out of court in insolvency-related disputes.

One focus of his work is the enforcement and defense of claw back claims and liability claims against managing directors. For insolvency administrators, he increasingly uses a software solution for the digital investigation of claw back claims and liability claims in insolvency proceedings (digiANF).

In addition, advising companies at risk of insolvency and business partners of such companies plays a central role.
